Methods for dress diamond grinding wheels:
1. Diamond grinding wheel dressing pen
Diamond dressing pens are available in chain, layer, row, powder, and other options. During the dressing process, an appropriate diamond pen must be selected based on the position of the diamond grinding wheel particles, the size of the particles in the diamond dressing pen, and their distribution in the pen. When in use, the pen's tip is tilted at an angle to grind against the grinding wheel. 2. Rolling wheel dressing wheel

3. Grinding and shaping method

Therefore, this method is mostly used for dressing ceramic and resin bonded diamond grinding wheels.
4.Soft elastic trimming method
The abrasive belt is positioned on the abrasive belt wheel when dressing. During the dressing, the diamond grinding wheel rotates at a high speed, the take-up wheel rotates slowly, and the abrasive belt moves slowly on the belt wheel. The contact force between the abrasive belt and the grinding wheel is used to effectively remove the diamond grinding wheel. The abrasive grains on the surface of the dressing tool of other dressing methods are quickly worn away, and the chip space of the dressing tool is easily blocked so that the dressing cannot continue. And the chip space is easy to block so that the trimming cannot continue. The abrasive belt is always contacted by the dressing wheel with new sharp abrasive grains, which can form a good dressing environment, effectively remove the bond between the abrasive grains on the surface of the diamond grinding wheel, and the grinding force is small during dressing, and the grinding surface quality is high.
